Century Farm Family Interview: Gene & Joneane Parker

The family farm occupies a treasured place in Jefferson County History. Each month the Carnegie Museum highlights a farm that has been under the same family’s ownership for at least 100 years. This month we are celebrating the Gene & Joneane Parker family. Gene’s grandparents Riley and Katherine Parker recorded the deed to the land in 1894. Come hear their story. The interview will take place on the 2nd floor of the museum. Look for us in the southwest classroom.
