To enter, simply register your home online by November 27th. The contest is open to homes within the city limits of Fairfield, and is limited to the first 20 entries (you can enter as individual homes or work together as a block or neighborhood) There is no charge to enter. The first 20 entries will be featured on our official event map, guiding visitors to your radiant display. Your decorations must be up and lit on Dec 2 starting at 4:30 pm.

On December 2nd, light up your decorations and get ready for a night of friendly competition! Join us for an evening that promises to be a highlight of the holiday season.

Here’s how it works:

1. You must live within Fairfield’s City Limits

2. You must register by Nov 27. Register online at:  https://forms.gle/vYTto9doB3b53t338

3. The contest is limited to the first 20 entries (you can enter as individual homes or work together as a block or neighborhood), and there is no charge to enter.

4. Entries must have lights on and be ready to go at 5:00 pm on Saturday, December 2.

5. Winners will be announced at 9:00 pm on Visit Fairfield’s Facebook Page.

Voting takes place on December 2nd from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM during the Christmas Light Showdown Cruise. Ballots and maps will be available at the Visit Fairfield office starting at 4:30 PM, and must be returned by 8:00 PM. Winners will be announced at 9:00 PM on the Visit Fairfield Facebook page.
