Spring Shop About

Select locations will be participating in the 2024 Spring Shop About sponsored by the Historic Hills Scenic Byway. See what Eldon and the rest of the communities on the byway have to offer!

Special events at the Center:

Spend $40 or more in our gift shop and receive a Milkhouse Candles sampler tin FREE, while supplies last. Limit 1 per customer.
Travel Author Megan Bannister will be signing books in the gift shop on Saturday from 10 AM until 2 PM.
There is no charge to enter the gift shop but admission fees are required to enter the museum. Note: Wapello County residents are free with proof of residency.
Michael Zahs’ private collection of original Grant Wood pieces of art are on display.
American Gothic House will be open 11 AM until 2 PM on Saturday.
