Combining technique and musicality, connecting body and soul to music, Ariel Barrionuevo captures audiences and students, from his home in Córdoba and in the world for his joy, spontaneity and his particular way of interpreting Tango.
Friday (August 25th)
Workshop 7-8:15pm – Turns in both directions and their combinations (All Levels)
PRACTICA 8:30-10:30pm
Saturday (August 26th)
Workshop 1-2:15pm – Exploring the cross system, different alternatives and musicality for this basic
movement (All Levels).
Workshop 2:30-3:45pm – Ornaments on the turn (driver role) Ornaments on the carousel (follower role)
(All Level/Intermediate)
MILONGA 7-10pm
Sunday (August 27th)
Workshop 10:30am-11:45am – Movement with shared axis and off axis (Intermediate/Advanced)
Workshop 1-2:15pm – Bounces and changes of direction in right and cross system (Intermediate/Advanced)
One workshop class $35 ($30 student), two or more workshop classes each $25 ($20 student), Practilonga $10 Friday, Milonga Saturday $15. Full pass 5 workshops + practilonga + milonga $120 ($90 student). Cash, Check, or Paypal.

All sessions will be held at our very private dance space ‘The Lab’ – 408 West Lowe Ave. Fairfield Iowa.
We hold tango practicas every Monday @ 7:15pm.
